Common MD HQL Questions
Due to the nature of our classes, we do not give out the exact location until you register for the class. When you register, you will receive an email with the address of the training. The classes in the BWI area are about 5 minutes from BWI airport.

Start here. Simply click on the class date that you would like to register for, and it will take you through the registration process.
Yes, we have a fingerprint company that comes to all our classes and can take care of our fingerprinting needs.
We provide all the materials; you will just need to bring your driver’s license.
Our HQL training is HANDS ON. The cost for the 4 hours of training is $160.00. You will have a firearm in your hands, take in apart, put back together, load and unload magazines. You will work on your grip and stance, among other things.
The state charges a $50.00 application fee that is paid when the HQL application is submitted. Fingerprinting is also separate and paid to the fingerprint company. They charge $70.00, but you have the ability to save $10.00 on fingerprinting by completing a link that is emailed to you.
